ReSolve recently acted on the sale of a Yorkshire based software reseller and IT consultancy firm which had traded profitably, generated a turnover of circa £130m and was a market leading provider of technology services and solutions to private and public sector organisations across the UK. It employed over 180 people and had over 1,200 clients including the NHS and local authorities across the UK.
ReSolve were asked by the Company investors to review the business for sale.

Working alongside management, the Bank and investors, ReSolve identified an opportunity for a successful deal, obtaining a solvent sale of the business following an accelerated M&A process.

The sale protected customer interests, a creditor base of circa £50m and preserved the jobs of nearly 200 employees. This deal allows the business the opportunity to expand and grow with the support of its new investor over the coming years.

The new entity has a combined turnover of £240m, 1,700 clients –  a leading provider of services in its market.

In 2017 the business is trading as Trustmarque solutions, now part of Global outsourcing group Capita and retains its base in Yorkshire.
