About ReSolve Capital
ReSolve operates a turnaround and restructuring fund that invests in UK-based enterprises that find themselves in a special situation, or have urgent funding or working capital issues.
ReSolve Capital is a partner-owned fund which is able to make immediate decisions without the burden of investment committees. Each partner at ReSolve has extensive experience across a wide range of business sectors in the accounting, finance, investment and insolvency fields. This experience is normally applied to all investments in order to restore and/or recover value on behalf of all stakeholders.
ReSolve Capital provides solutions to businesses which:
- Have an immediate debt and/or equity requirement of between £50,000 to £25 million
- Require financial and/or operational restructuring
- Operate in any sector of the UK market
In addition to providing direct assistance to small and medium enterprises, ReSolve Capital also provides solutions for incumbent funders or stakeholders by offering liquidity on their positions.
The approach
Our fund only invests in consensual situations, where all relevant stakeholders agree to the terms of investment. The partners of ReSolve Capital are "situation" experts and not sector experts, and therefore management is usually fully supported with the ongoing trading of their business.
ReSolve consists of a highly flexible and very open-minded team, usually investing in the form of either debt and/or equity. No two investments are the same. Based on management's objectives, new structures can be set up or existing structures can be supported.
