ReSolve recently completed the sale of the Pyrostyle business from Stewart Fraser Limited (in Administration).

Ben Woodthorpe, Mark Supperstone and Simon Harris were appointed Joint Administrators of Stewart Fraser on 20 July 2018 and following an extensive marketing campaign has now completed a sale to South East London based company Vert Projects Limited.

The sale sees Vert acquire all the intellectual property associated with the Pyrostyle brand including the registered trade mark.  The brand has an excellent reputation in the industry and has been used by the Company since 2008.

Duncan Field, Director at Vert said: ‘We at Vert Projects are delighted to have been successful in the acquisition of Pyrostyle fire-rated glass doors and screens and look forward to taking the brand into the future with customers of old and new.’
