ReSolve Tech/Media team ensure successful sale of Orderella

Orderella Ltd, a company that developed a smartphone application platform for in-venue ordering, went into administration on 8 June 2017. The filing follows consistent annual losses and a period of significant creditor and cash flow pressure.  Given its recent experience in the technology/media sector, ReSolve Partners Limited was engaged by the company to assist with marketing the company’s shares, business and/or assets for sale. ReSolve ran an accelerated marketing campaign and an acceptable offer was received. Simon Harris and Ben Woodthorpe of ReSolve were appointed joint administrators and oversaw a sale of the business on 12 June 2017.
