Marketing Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to help us continue to grow our fast-evolving restructuring and investment businesses. The successful candidate will manage both the day to day marketing activities of our group and our long term marketing strategy. Working independently alongside a friendly team of professionals, you will work closely with our partners and other key stakeholders to drive increased brand recognition and new business enquiries.

The role is varied and ideally suited to someone who is self-motivated, willing to set their own priorities and enjoys the challenge of managing several activities at the same time.

The role is based out of our Central London office, which is easily accessible by a wide number of public transport routes.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and manage all company marketing activities and creation of materials
  • Design and deliver marketing strategy in line with company objectives
  • Brand custodian – responsible for brand management and corporate identity
  • Manage and develop the company websites – use of Google analytics for monitoring, regular content updates
  • Manage external PR agency
  • Develop content for regular social media posts and email marketing campaigns
  • Design and produce marketing collateral – both digital and printed
  • Work with Partners to develop marketing campaigns to support new business opportunities
  • Manage CRM system
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Analyse effectiveness of marketing activities and propose alternatives where appropriate
  • Oversee the company’s marketing budget
Desired skills and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years B2B marketing experience, preferably for a professional services organisation
  • Relevant marketing degree, CIM qualification or equivalent desirable.
  • Some knowledge of the insolvency, investment, or financial services marketplace would be useful
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Tenacious, self-motivated, confident and willing to challenge the ‘norm’ and propose creative solutions
  • Organised and efficient, high attention to detail, and able to prioritise while managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong copy writing skills
  • Commercial acumen and budget management

Insolvency Administrators

Our insolvency administrators work across all industries and sectors, in close contact with our Partners, and get deep experience in the different turnaround, restructuring and advisory solutions we offer. They are up close and personal with the cases we run.

We nurture a culture of hard work, focus on client results, doing the right thing and taking responsibility.

Based out of our offices near Charing Cross, we are a fast moving team looking for candidates to match.

Senior Insolvency Administrator

Our Senior Administrators are extremely competent at delivering all aspects of a case, from pre-appointment, case progression, asset realisations, investigations, statutory reporting and more.

Key responsibilities
  • Run a case portfolio that includes liquidations, administrations, and bankruptcies
  • Conduct most statutory reporting, especially drafting, with support from Managers
  • Understand and appreciate key commercial aspects of the client’s business
  • Keep clients informed of developments on their case, and conduct client interviews to progress cases
  • Undertake investigations into assets
  • Provide supervision of/delegate work to more junior staff and assist juniors with queries
Desired skills and experience
  • 3+ years of insolvency experience in a similar role essential
  • CPI or equivalent qualification is desirable
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
  • Ability to manage a varied case load in an insolvency/restructuring firm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage high intensity and work to tight deadlines

Insolvency Administrator

Key responsibilities
  • Corporate insolvency case management in a team of three or four individuals.
  • Understand commercial aspects of the insolvent’s business and liaison with its employees and creditors.
  • Production of all types of correspondence.
  • Report to the management team on progress of the case.
  • Investigate directors’ conduct and the affairs of the Company prior to insolvency.
  • Assist with the production of accelerated marketing material.
  • Prepare for decision procedures of creditors.
  • Familiarisation with the best practice and legal frameworks supporting the role.
  • Manage asset valuation and realisation.
  • Attend, where necessary, clients’ sites to secure the premises, assist with control and/or assets where necessary.
  • Maintain IPS case diaries and IPS set-up.
Desired skills and experience
  • Some previous experience in insolvency, distressed or special situations.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
