T.M. Lewin & Sons Limited, founded in 1898 by Thomas Mayes Lewin is a long established United Kingdom based menswear retailer, renowned for the sale of formal shirts.

As a result of the global Covid-19 pandemic and the move out of city centres of many office workers, T.M. Lewin saw a significant decline in revenues.  The company was carrying a level of debt and overheads that it could no longer service and required a radical restructuring to preserve the brand such that it was able to continue supplying its loyal customer base.

The onset of Covid 19 dealt the final blow to the viability of its stores business and it was determined that going forwards T.M. Lewin would be an online only retailer.

ReSolve was engaged to manage the restructuring process which saw the Company enter into an administration process.

ReSolve successfully secured the sale of the online part of the business to Torque Brands ensuring the continuity of the iconic brand in the online retail marketplace.
