ReSolve welcomes David Riddle

ReSolve is delighted to welcome David Riddle, who joins as COO, a new position created in response to our considerable growth and planned future expansion.

As a key member of our senior leadership team, David has primary responsibility for embracing and advocating our culture of innovation and improvement for all. Working closely with our partners, he will provide guidance and assistance in the running of our operational teams, implementing strategic planning and reporting to ensure ReSolve is well-positioned to exceed its growth targets.

David has over fifteen years’ experience in managing all facets of growth businesses, most recently as senior executive manager of a Growth-Capital-backed consumer law business. Starting as executive chief of staff, he subsequently assumed direct responsibilities for financial and strategic planning and reporting, including successful rounds of fundraising and company acquisitions. During his seven years there, the business grew from £10m to £30m in revenue, quadrupled headcount, tripled site count, and won numerous awards for diversity and technology. He is now looking forward to bringing this experience to ReSolve.

David holds an MBA from INSEAD and is a former Morehead Scholar to the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
